I recently had the wet drive belt on my Fiesta replaced, as although it had done just under 30000 miles, it was coming up to 10 years old. I did a lot of online research, and soon realised it was something of a specialist job requiring the skill but also the unique tools needed. I reached out to several garages, the nearest Ford dealer to me did not even send me a quote , even after 2 calls to the reception. I found Emporium, specialists in this procedure, who offered a complete job, at a competitive price and considerably better than a Main Ford dealer locally. Emporium are situated off the beaten track, but fairly close to the Railway station , which I needed to use as the car was required overnight. Tony, the boss, gave me a lift back to the station to go home, and collected me from the station when I went back to get the car. Over and above the call of duty. I was lucky to have this garage as near to me as it was , and wish them well for the future.

I took my car in for a wet belt replacement, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The mechanics were incredibly knowledgeable, completed the work on time, and offered the best price I could find. They also spotted a few other issues, explained everything clearly, and fixed them for next to nothing. It's refreshing to find a garage that's honest, professional, and genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. Five stars!
