I recently had the wet drive belt on my Fiesta replaced, as although it had done just under 30000 miles, it was coming up to 10 years old. I did a lot of online research, and soon realised it was something of a specialist job requiring the skill but also the unique tools needed. I reached out to several garages, the nearest Ford dealer to me did not even send me a quote , even after 2 calls to the reception. I found Emporium, specialists in this procedure, who offered a complete job, at a competitive price and considerably better than a Main Ford dealer locally. Emporium are situated off the beaten track, but fairly close to the Railway station , which I needed to use as the car was required overnight. Tony, the boss, gave me a lift back to the station to go home, and collected me from the station when I went back to get the car. Over and above the call of duty. I was lucky to have this garage as near to me as it was , and wish them well for the future. ~ John T

WOW WOW WOW... I came over 30 miles just for a service as I've been told this guy is the best ..... tony was very very polite and honest!! I expressed a few concerns I had with previous garages and he was happy for me to watch and even explained amd showed me what he was doin !!! Pricing is better then most garages and goin by this guys reviews he's work speaks volumes!!! Took my Ford Ecosport to Tony to have its wetbelt changed. I had quotes from a fair few garages and Tonys was the most reasonable. I dropped the car off late Wednesday night and had it back Friday morning which was great for me. Tony was friendly, explained everything in good detail and fingers crossed for the future my cars running perfectly. Would deff recommend Tony even to such extent my step daughters booked her fiesta for its wet belt later this month. Great service! ~ Jade G

Very professional and friendly. Anthony was honest and Informative on what needs to be done and why, changed handbrake shoes, headlight adjustment and MOT. Hi would highly recommend Toby as his pricing is extremely competitive, but more importantly his service and communication is second to none. He is fair, polite and always keeps you informed. We were also able to collect conveniently form a safe box where needed so would not hesitate to recommend Tony’s services. The USA Ford are recalling. The cost of the potential damage would outweigh the car. Few mechanics were willing to work on my focus as they need special tools. ERGS are specialist in this area. Picked up my ford focus from Tony today after he replaced the dreaded wet belt and I can't speak highly enough of the quality of work and customer service not to mention the excellent value for money, I normally use the main dealer but they quoted over 2 grand for the wet belt replacement emporium garage services do the same job as main dealer using genuine ford parts and to manufacturer specifications at less than half the cost this is a specialist task requiring correct tooling and procedures and emporium have the equipment and know how to do it right. I have a mechanic friend I have used regularly and he refused to do the belt change as he doesn't have the right tools and experience to do it properly and when I found emporium garage services I asked his opinion on the information they show on their website and he said that he would be happy to use them if he needed a wet belt replacement as they list all the important information online regarding what they do and the parts fitted. I have another ecoboost focus which will need a wet belt replacement soon and it is definitely going to emporium. ~ daniel m

Tony replaced the wet belt on my Ecoboost C Max. Picked up my car from my home as he lives close to me - this helped no end. Job was completed in just one day and my car was soon back on my driveway. What a great find - Our little Citroen urgently needed some attention with a suspected aux belt failure and impending timing belt failure too. I needed to replace my wet belt on my ford ecoboost 1.0 as the vehicle was coming up to 10 years and the recommended manufacturer replacement point. For peace of mind I decided to get the work done to prevent future possible catastrophic damage to my engine if not replaced. I researched a lot of garages and found Emporium garages online. I received a quote fairly quickly and seeing it was at Xmas time, decided to do it in the New Year I phoned Tony, he managed to book the car in to have the work done around two weeks later as per my request.Although, I do not live local to the garage premises I found it easy to get a train to the location and Tony kindly picked me up from the station. The cost of this job at a dealer is extortionate and there are very few local independent garages that will take on this job due to the time involved and complexity. The price quoted and paid is extremely competitive and half of what was quoted at the main dealer. I would highly recommend Tony, as he seems very knowledgeable and the work was completed very quickly. The car was in at 8 am one day, ready the next at 09.30 am. I am very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to use EMPORIUM GARAGE services in the future. ~ STEPHEN A

I had a recall on my Ford galaxy. The Ford dealership highlighted that I needed pads and discs all round. Because of the cost I shopped about and got a quote from Emporiumremaps.
